Biografía de Adolfo Becquer. Poeta perteneciente al género Romanticismo y Realismo. Nació el 17 de Febrero de 1836 en Sevilla, fue bautizado en la parroquia de San Lorenzo Mártir. Murió el 28 de Diciembre de 1870 en Madrid. Su nombre real era Gustavo Adolfo Domínguez Bastida. Su padre fue José Domínguez Insausti, quien firmaba sus cuadros con el apellido de sus antepasados (Bécquer) y su madre Joaquina Bastida Vargas. Gustavo fue el hermano menor de Valeriano Domínguez Bécquer, quien en su momento fue un gran pintor al igual que su padre. Gustavo Adolfo, quedó huérfano a los diez años y vivió su infancia y su adolescencia en Sevilla y En 1846, Gustavo Adolfo ingresó en el Colegio de San Telmo y luego estudió humanidades y pintura. En 1854 se trasladó a Madrid, con la intención de hacer carrera literaria. Sin embargo, el éxito no le sonrió; su proyecto de escribir una Historia de los templos de España fue un fracaso, y sólo consiguió publicar un tomo, años más tarde. Entonces tuvo q...
